Russ Hopple – Owner and CEO
Russ began designing networks, building custom computers and designing customer programs in 1988. His dedication and customized programming gave way to an abundance of opportunities leading to the founding of RUSCOMP, Inc. He takes the lead on all company operations from sales to production and support and personally programs much of the software for each customer as well as oversees web based development.
Jeremy Downs – Software Developer
In 2006, Jeremy started designing PDA applications at RUSCOMP, Inc. for TMS users needing a mobile solution. He quickly took on more responsibility and currently helps maintain software, designs and manages new web applications, responds to field user questions, and provides technical support for clients. His broad skill set ranges from advanced automation for spreadsheets, designing database structures and queries, and minor graphic processing and modification.
Jeremy Hopple – Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Jeremy manages all IT support, computer hardware, and maintenance. He has worked with the company since 1998 and has many years of experience building and repairing custom computers. Jeremy maintains all the hardware and software for the RUSCOMP, Inc. hosted platform. Other areas of his expertise include Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenApp, Windows networks, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Small Business Server, along with implementing firewalls, internet security, virus and spam protection, and remote VPN access.
Jim Whipple – Support Manager
Since 2005, Jim serves as support manager on our front line for customer care, specializing in PDA systems and relational databases. He has acquired a degree in Computer Science and many years of experience in various areas within the IT industry. We look to him for assistance with a variety of customer needs.
Kara Carpenter – Support Manager
A member of the RUSCOMP, Inc. team since 2006, Kara has over 13 years of experience in customer support reaching from call center support to guest relations in the health care industry. She has played a significant role in establishing and maintaining rapport with countless customers. She facilitates training for new programs and provides general support for RUSCOMP, Inc. applications. She is a vital part of our software support team.
Leigh Ellen Baldwin – Support Analyst
In January of 2011, Leigh Ellen started at RUSCOMP, Inc. as a support analyst after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2010. In her short time here, she has trained countless vendors on our electronic invoicing system as well as taken on support for existing users. She is currently growing her knowledge in RUSCOMP, Inc. programs and assisting support managers with customer care for several accounts.
